Shipping policy

Every Jewelzit piece is handmade to order in Jaipur, India, and shipped with care to customers in India and around the world.

Production time

All pieces are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality checks before your order is dispatched. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.

Shipping charges

India: free shipping on all orders.
International: free shipping on orders over US$250. For orders below US$250, the shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier. As a guide:

India: about 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: about 7–14 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or public holidays are outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package.

Customs duties and taxes

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means import duties and taxes are included and you will not be asked to pay extra on delivery. If a customs office asks for any document or information, please help the courier so your order is not delayed.

Secure delivery

Deliveries may need an OTP or signature from the receiver.
For high-value orders, we may verify your ID or call you before dispatch or delivery.
Please do not accept a package that looks opened, tampered with or damaged.
Record a full, unedited unboxing video when opening your package. It is required for any claim.
Report any damaged, missing or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, re-shipping costs may be charged.
